Yoga & Mindfulness Meditation
A Four Week course.
We will explore some gentle postures to open and relax the body. These will ground you for the different Mindfulness techniques including Breath meditation, Walking meditation, Body Scan and Compassionate Awareness.
Sallie Rose has been teaching Yoga & Meditation for over twenty years and is committed to helping people find peace and wholeness within their busy urban lives.
